ZenFone 3 Laser - blue dot

Just bought the ZenFone 3 Laser... when in the camera app, I can see a blue dot on the screen, it moves around as I move the phone. After taking a picture, the blue dot is there somewhere. Anyone else can reproduce?

I'm the OP. Just wanted to specify that the blue dot showed up when facing a bright light source, like the sun, light bulbs, etc. I returned the phone (Best Buy) and didn't get a replacement. Will wait to see if it's a one-off or production line issue.
