Zenwatch 2, why do I have duplicates appearing in my watch storage?

On my Zenwatch 2 I have duplicate apps which appear in the watch storage. How did this happen and how do i unistall the duplicate?

I believe duplicate apps may be normal for this wear device. Is it all apps or only a select few?

Not all are duplicates
