Zoom Call

Lately I have been receiving complaints I sound muffled, with an echo and generally poor sound quality when on a Zoom call.

Any suggestions how to clear this up. Thanks all in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on every Zoom call? Are you in the same room whenever you perform these Zoom calls? Sometimes a certain room will make you more echo-y.

Check the microphone are clean , does this happen on on both Wi-Fi and data (4g ) ?

You're not using a Bluetooth headset while on the call, right?

Yes I was then I got off the head set, still pretty bad.

Are you using the Chrome extension for Zoom, or the Android app?
