ZTE Majesty text dates

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone else has the problem with text messages having the wrong date on them? some of them have the current date, others say "December 31". I saw a post on here from almost a year ago, but the only reply was that it's probably a bug or something, was wondering if anyone had figured out a way to fix it? Thanks.
