Zte Score Phone HELP

Please help. I have a zte score M phone with metro. I'm having a issue with auto fill it's putting the last name of my contacts in a text. Example if I try to text the work "Speak" it's putting in one of my contacts last name "Spear" how can I stop this?

In Settings, go to Voice Input & Output. Then go to Voice Recognizer Settings. Do you have personalized recognition checked? If not, check it. It improves accuracy. It's probably checked, but, just make sure.

And, are you making the K sound very clear when you speak?
