ZTE Zmax Pro Fingerprint doesnt work sometimes

Ok so recently the fingerprint scanner doesnt work sometimes, also sometimes i have to turn on the screen manually then it will work, anybody have a things i can try? Thanks SO Much.

Is this covered under the warranty? I have had my Zmax Pro for a few weeks and it works flawlessly for me. Unfortunately, I think you got a lemon :-

I dont think it is, i might have got a Lemon, it juat doesnt work good.
