Quick question before rooting

I am very new to rooting, but am very well versed with computers. So my question is before I decide to root it, so I need to choose a ROM or is it possible to stick with the stock ROM while being rooted? If at all possible I'd like to stick to something simple and easy, so that's why I ask about the stock ROM.

Yes you dont have to change the ROM. I just roted my phone this morning and everyhthing else remained stock. so no need to worry about that for now.

yes you can stay stock.....you can stay stock and debloat....or flash a ROM.....once you root make sure to make a back up so you will always be able to flash back to rooted stock. Good luck.

Just remember, rooting only gives you the access to do what you want with your phone. From there, it's up to you.
