friends good afternoon, I got an htc tunderbolt but I can not activate it in mexico, I want to turn the company Iusacell CDMA, not using the sim ...

as far as i know you would have to disable lte mode in the system info,but also the phone would have to be flashed. not sure if you will get data though

As far as I know, you have to use a SIM card no matter if you're using LTE or not.
