Hey y'all,
I've been running das BAMF 1.8.6 Remix with the stock BAMF kernel (2.6.32.21_bamf_4.4.7) and an overclock of 1.2Ghz with the Ondemand governor. Only 6 hours later, and I'm down to 35% with some moderate usage and 0% brightness. I then put it back to 1Ghz max and all seems to be well (still not like it was stock, but I'll worry about that later.) I also just calibrated my battery, so thats not the problem. My question is is there a way to keep a max value of 1.2Ghz and not have battery get drained so quickly? Any kernels people have been using that have a good balance of performance and battery life?

I've read so many posts about people overclocking their processor and getting poor battery life... yet I have not overclocked my processor and use Gingeritis 3D Beta VI ROM, with my wifi on have been up and running for 1day, 8hrs and still have 52% battery life... I'll probably stop my test tonight in about 6 or 7 more hours.

I guess that would be my argument for not over clocking my processor.
