DIY Debloat... what to remove?

Gang -

I have the 2.11 RUU installed.

I have also removed the VZW known bloat.

Now, I have searched here but not really found a solid answer. What is essential and what is bloat?

I enjoy many of the stock apps and widgets.

So, is there a list of what the developer folks take out when they debloat?

Already did that. But the dude removed everything - even stuff that is in the debloated roms and stuff I find useful.

So stuff that you find useful would be essential to you, right? Debloat just mean cleaning up things YOU don't need. The OP in that thread did mention things that you can't/shouldn't remove, everything else is up to what you deem necessary for your user experience. So if you use any/all of the HTC apks, then keep them and remove the ones you don't want. There's no defined, rigid process to debloating...
