Flashing to Bamf 107?

Rooted and have Sense 3.0 and Bamf 105. Question when I flash to 107 do I need to do some kind of backup first for my apps i've purchased like root manager,root explorer etc.... Really don't want to re-download them and have to pay for them again. Any help would be great new to this rooting and flashing stuff.

The purchase is tied to your Gmail account, or should be... open Market > Menu > Account will show you which account is setup for the Market. If you flash any other ROM you will still have all your apps you paid for available to download again if it doesn't automatically download itself.
