New rom, now stuck on boot animation - Help!!

So I installed the new Gingeritis rom, wiped and did everything that I'm supposed to, and now it's stuck on the boot animation. I saw somewhere that you could go into bootloader and install your backup somehow, but when I go to bootloader it automatically asks me if I want to update, I can't scroll down to recovery. Is there any way to fix whatever's wrong? Help would be very appreciated!!

Delete the pg05img.zip from your sd card and you will be able to get to recovery
