is it safe to keep .zip's of Mod's in folders on the sd card in case i need to apply them in the future to backups which don't have them already applied?
for instance--making a folder called "mods" inside the /downloads folder so i know where they are.
i'm fully aware you don't want to keep things on the root of the sd card, in general, so my thinking is as long as it's not named "PMG015IMG.ZIP", then a mod saved inside another folder should be good. right?
i would think so, but i'm still new enough to rooting that i don't want to risk it.
