SetCPU - Set on Boot

After you guys input your settings and check set on boot, and everything is proper, do you uncheck the 'Set on Boot' boxes so it doesn't try to reapply everytime? I have been. Does it even matter? I didn't want it doing extra work trying to set it every time if it was already set. Make any sense, lol?

Should only have to set it once, once you uncheck it, it won't apply the settings at boot.
