Ticwatch pro 3, can't see SMS on android

I have the ticwatch pro 3, and a Samsung note 10, I'm getting text notifications on the watch but watch won't display the whole message, I can only view the message on my phone. Is there a work around with out downloading a different messaging app to my phone?

I don't think we have a tic watch forum so I'll put your question in Note 10 forum

Actually, we do have a Ticwatch forum! I moved the thread there. (Sorry to bounce it around a bit.):)

To the OP, which messaging app are you using? Make sure you install that same messaging app on your watch. (I'm not sure if Samsung Messages is available for Wear OS, but Google Messages definitely is.)
