I only want root to disable the tethering block on the Galaxy s3 nothing elase will be done. I am on a galaxy s3 with jelly bean 4.1.1 build JRO03l.R530UVALK5

So will the [SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 QCOM TOOLKIT V2.3] work on jelly bean? [SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 QCOM TOOLKIT V2.3] Drivers Backup Root CWM BusyBox + MORE [TMO] - xda-developers said it would be updated in a week (last edit was dec 6th 2012) to get it working with jelly bean. Has it been done yet. Also the toolkit only lists U.s. cellular 4.0.4...does that matter or is it because the update for jelly bean has not happened yet.
