Experiences with New S3 Upgrade??

What kind of experiences are people having with the new upgrade that just came out on UScellular??
And is this the new 4.3?

Horrible experience trying to get the simple upgrade tool to install on Windows. Tried 4 different downloads on 4 different versions of Windows. Keep getting a 1152 error during the windows install. Samsung support was awful

Have you tried updating from phone on wifi and plugged in to charger?

I like the new upgrade except for one issue. Every couple of minutes it tells me
that 4 of the files have downloaded over and over and over. Well they are jpg files
and they will not stay gone. They keep coming back and when I click to look at
them it tells me "Unable to find them". It is really getting annoying. Any suggestions?

I hasd the same issue. Try this should work
Notifications are giving weird messages like photos/jpegs are done uploading-
-App drawer (where all your apps are)> Download Icon> Internet Downloads> Clear All> Other Downloads> Clear all.
