    So I was talking to tech support today and mentioned that once in a while the call quality is somewhat garbled and callers can be hard to understand at times. She said that its due to a bad SIM card and she would send me a new one right away. I sure hope she is right. I will report back here on any call improvement once it arrives.

    That im not 100% sure of but as soon as I mentioned the sometimes distorted call quality she said im going to send you a new sim for that, so who knows it wont hurt anyway. I will report back if it fixes it for sure.

    Yes indeed the new SIM has improved voice quality. Maybe they have improved the SIMs??
