Can you change the stock apps at the bottom of the home screen?

Is there any way to change the apps on the bottom of the home screen? I'm assuming you can do it with some kind of app launcher. Are there any good free ones? Thanks in advance...

You sure can! Without a launcher too...but you have to have your apps in grid view to change them, go into your apps, hit the menu button, then edit. From there you can drag and drop your desired apps, the only one you cant change is the application button itself.
