    I've had my charge for about a week. Basically, I am pleased except for a less than perfect earpiece. I could return it within 14 days but feel this is the best at Verizon at this time. Plus, I got a decent price at $169. An exchange would probably add another $100. It sure is an upgrade from my BB curve. Also, any phone will be "outdated" within a few months. So, are most Charge owners pleased with their phone?

    I am pleased and have had very few issues. The only thing that really bugs me is the lack of updates. Other Verizon phones have been updated to GB and look where the charge owners are. The word "root" sounds better and better to me.

    I am also pleased and yes the lack of upgrades when almost every other phone has been upgraded or coming out with more recent operating systems is frustrating. I got tired of waiting and have gone the root route and couldnt be happier.
