Phone possessed, WiFi turns on automatically

Has anyone experienced this issue where even if you completely turn off the wifi, it seems to turn itself on automatically no matter how I turn it off ( in notifications or in settings). I am thinking it might be an app I have downloaded but I don't really have anything out of the ordinary. I downloaded alogcat to see what is causing the problem but I don't know where in the log it would specify the exact app that is causing this.

Anyone experience this or have advice?

Do you use and 3rd party dock apps? Some of them can be configured to turn wifi on when the phone is docked.

And nope, not having that problem.

No Dock apps, most of the apps I have had on my previous android phones. =\ except for widget locker.
