My apps keep crashing (many different ones)

I am having the same exact problem. I also restored factory settings and am still experiencing crashing of all functions. About ready to give in and but a new phone, although if I use the same sim card and download contacts etc from the cloud I am afraid I will bring the problem with me.

I have no idea what games you guys had.. but I've had my samsung galaxy tablet for around a year now (works great) and it started doing this. At first, I just had only one app crashing, this app called Dig Out! It never crashed while I was playing it, only when I got off the app, which I found slightly fishy, but the game was so good that I decided to keep it. Today, it went beserk. It was shutting down crap I didn't even know was working on my tablet. It was having 5-10 things popping up all at once, and they were things like "Wattpad has stopped." or "Spotify has stopped." I know what both of those were, but neither crashed often, and they were crashing extremely fast with a large amount of times. The final stage in this ridiculously long story here was the actual samsung's apps crashing. The virus I got crashed the unistaller. That was the scariest part. Luckily, my tech savvy cousin saved me. He closed out all of my apps, and suddenly, BOOM. It worked again. The game was unistalled and everything came back to normal.. for a bit. The alerts came back too.. and then I couldn't get onto my apps. Any of them.

But then I restarted my tablet.. and here I am. Wish me the best of luck.
