    Had the phone since Wednesday. I can hear people they have a hard time hearing me. Muffled ,breaking up. Any ideas or is anyone experiencing this.

    Same thing here what I've found out is that you need to hold the phone tight to your face if not others have problems hearing you.

    no issues on phone call quality... either from handset or speaker

    Went in to Verizon tonight, jammed pack waited over an hour and half. Mentioned to the guy that the previous day the girl suggested I had a bad sim card, cause I also had sim card errors ,so I had to reboot phone to get service. Any way, had him try new sim card , did not improve, It was too late to do an exchange at this point. He also suggested I do a factory reset when I got home, did, no better. So it looks like I'm headed back to do an exchange. I even called my wife on the demo in the store , 100 times better.

    went back to Verizon tonight , exchanged phone with muffled sound , now that is the way its supposed to sound!

    Glad they fixed it, I was going to say I have yet to hear a phone sound as good as this phone lol.

    Was the sound muffled when holding slightly away from mouth and/or when on shoulder? Or always muffled? The exchange that fixed the issue, do you have any problems when holding slightly away from mouth and/or when on shoulder? Much like mclarryjr I have reports of muffled volume unless the phone is perfectly aligned and pressed to my face, which isnt always optimal
