T-Mobile/DNA - How do i get the text pictures to work?

Im new to configuring cell phones. My old tmobile mytouch stopped working recently, so in a very quick no study decision I bought a HTC DNA, just on the fact that I was told T-Mobile could run on it. So through a friends advice I used a app called tweakker to set the APN. Well everything sorta works fine, Im getting variable speeds ranging from Edge to HSPA - which Im comfortable with. But the only real problem Im getting is sending pictures through text messaging. I keep getting a "generic error" message. Is their a way to fix this? Oh and another noob question, T-Mobile is getting 4g LTE soon, will this DNA Cell be able to get this signal or is it only restricted to the Verizon Signal?

Oh and please do not use high end tech jargon, Im still learning...

I'll just comment on the lte radio. Verizon only. The unlocked part is gsm radio only. So no tmo lte.
