CDMA vs global

What is the better setting, to have the phone on global or CDMA mode? It seems like the phone gets better 4g signal when set to CDMA. I don't travel outside of US.

Keep it to CDMA when you are stateside since it stays locked to Verizon towers. Switching to global may not necessarily gurantee connecting to Verizon towers, which would result in poor or no coverage.
