i gots the download by going to settings > system update > check new

i didn't get a notification

Thats what i had to do, didnt want to risk verizon not sending me a notification for a day or so lol

I did the manual check and it finally popped up a couple minutes ago. Downloading now

if u look its not using wifi its using their network to dl. i tried wifi but then toggled it off when 3g still showed so it was using 3g.
