But seriously, I've used mine several times while charging and have not noticed any difference.

I have the same issue occasionally, too. I thought it was just me. Every so often, it's almost like using a resistive screen - you have to press things multiple times to get it to register. Then once you unplug the phone everything goes back to normal. Seems to happen to me when I have the phone plugged into my laptop to charge.

Rooted last night. We'll see if I see the same thing with a custom ROM.

Someone mentioned not having this issue with an official charger or wall charger (not the USB and ac adapter) and I'm not seeing it right using an actual ac charger.

The only time I've noticed this issue is when I've charged via PC.... and even then, it's been hit and miss

I have had a problem with my screen going black and it feels like it is overheating. Any others having this prob and how can I fix it?

Ive had lots of crazy things happen on the Dinc2 and on the Eris when I've used it while charging, particularly on a Non-OEM charger.
