Searching for my pictures ??

Hi Droiders -

I am trying to figure out a way to search easily for pictures I have named on my verizon incredible 2.

For instance someone might ask "Do you have a picture of your boat?" and I would like to pull up a search window and find any image(s) I named "boat", "boat 2" etc.


I can go into the "details" window of the image and re-name it without any problem, I just do not know how to find it rapidly via a search rather than having to scroll through 500 various pics.

Am I missing something really easy?

nope gallery is not listed under searchable items . Settings... Search... No gallery or photos listed as searchable

I'd suggest downloading a file manager app. That should help you find the location of your pix. I have a free one, d/l via Google Play simply called Explorer by Speed Software.

I use ES File Explorer. It's free and works well.

You can also install Google+, which will automatically back.up your pics on the Picasa server. You can then search your pics via Google+.
