Recently, I've been unable to connect my Droid Incredible 2 to my computer (it has worked in the past). When I connect it via the USB cable that came with my phone, Windows 7 either says that the USB device could not be recognized or the drivers couldn't be installed. I've tried deleting all of the drivers related to my phone off of my computer (via the device manager), and then I reinstalled the correct HTC sync software. No dice, still doesn't work. I have tried this with USB Debugging enabled and with it disabled, and it didn't make a difference. I don't even get the "Connect to PC" menu on my phone anymore once I connect.
So, any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks again!
