"Soft Keys" issue

Love the phone but are anyones soft keys (home, menu, back, and search keys) weak in the haptic feedback department? Its like I touch the keys and vibration is very very weak. Is it just me? On my OG DINC the vibration was def better than this. Thoughts anyone?

The manufacture probably dictates the intensity of the haptic feedback.

Are you using a screen protector & case? Just curious; I've never used them, but always wondered if they might dampen the feedback.

Using both a screen protector and case. I used the phone yesterday without the case and there is no change. The screen protector doesn't even cover those buttons. Its a small issue but I want to say the one in the store had better vibration to it. Oh well...life goes on.
