Does anyone know what kind of charger (volts,amps) is supposed to be used on the dinc 4g my girl is using my one charger so I want to make sure it's okay.

All micro USB chargers put out 5 volts. If the charger for the One supplies fewer mA, the dinc with just charger slower. It won't hurt anything. If the One charger supplies more, the circuitry in the phone will limite how much it actually draws to prevent damage to the phone.

Using the charger for the One is fine.
