How can i rearrange apps in my menu??

We must be talking about 2 different things then. Perhaps you can elaborate on what it is you want to accomplish.

I'm assuming you want to delete program icons from the All Programs list that pops up after you press the Menu button followed by All Programs -or- the up arrow button to the left of the phone button. This list cannot be rearranged, nor can you remove the apps in this list, unless you downloaded & installed them from the market (regardless you can't rearrange them).
