No native video player?

is there no native video player on android? i cant find a widget or shortcut

The way to play video on Android is through the photo app. Or just download one from the market their are plenty

yeah i just found one for free. cause i dont wanna pay for it. but why wouldnt android have a native video player? that makes absolutely no sense

I guess they don't feel theirs a need for one I don't know don't work for Google though the free apps from the market suffice for me

Yeah, or Gallery or something. Its kind of dumb.

which it is on the droid.. stupid stuff.

Ill be ready for the root so that I can change file names and the way things are. I really can't wait to figure out a way to make folders in the menu so that I can clean that cluster f up.
