Did i just brick my DINC?

I reformatted my dinc, im trying to sell it. i erased everything off the SD and the phone. Now when i try to boot it up, it'll show the white incredible screen, but then it goes to a screen that just says "android" on it in grey letters, it just flashes.

What do i do? i have no backups seeing as how i erased everything.

hmmmm do you have that rom backed up?. Is your phone rooted?
