OK, My Incredible just started to play a ring tone, not one of my choosing and won't shut off. I had an alarm set to 10:00 am and it didn't play the sound I set it to, and I could not turn it off.
Not an calendar event either.

Had to turn off the phone to get it to quit.

Don't have a solution, but I'm getting a similar issue. For me the alarm works and the ringtone is what I had set, but there is no longer a way for me to snooze and/or shut off the alarm (besides rebooting). Problem appeared roughly the same time as when I accepted the OTA update (may or may not be related).
