Use Astro. There is a setting that will allow you to download any file.

Guessing you have astro (if not get it) ask you do is select the apk and select install.

When I attempt to download this file from my phone, it just keeps saving an HTML file. Very odd. I'll just have to hook it up to my PC when I get home.

What folder names are you using?

I have mine on the SD card:

media >> mp3 >> artist name >>
