Crackle/Static only when talking on a call

Is anyone else getting a crackling sound on their headset while talking on phone calls? I only get it while i'm talking, not the other person, and it doesn't seem to be going through to the other person. Does this seem like something that would warrant a replacement phone?

I would say yes if you can duplicate the problem in the Corporate Store,if you call tech support it will be a shot in the dark.
