Google Voice Volume

Hi Guys, My company just recently went to using Google Voice for our Paging service, (yes we still use pagers) well they are trying to rid us of the pagers so they implemented Google voice on our incredible s, now prior to this my phone ran excellent, once GV was installed I can barley hear anyone talking, my media and in-call volume are maxed but still it almost sounds like the callers are whispering, since this is a business it makes me feel foolish always asking the customer to repeat what they just said 3-4 time per conversation, if any one has experienced this or knows of a solution i would be grateful for any assistance.
