Check again. Seems the EVO now has access to the update. AppBrain finds it for my phone and actually links to a real market page now.

Droid Life is reporting a new version of Flash 10.1 is available. When I pull it up on the market, it says I already have it installed.
I can't find it in my Installed apps or All apps to check what version I have installed.

New Flash Player 10.1.92.10 Available in Market, Now Appearing for DROID X and Incredible on 2.2 | Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog

Cool. Downloading now.

For me "Adobe Flash Player 10.1" is the third entry on my list of "all" under Settings > Applications > Manage.

Search "flashplayer" in the market -- any previous version you have installed on the Dinc won't have been installed through the market. I really don't think you can have 92.10 -- AFAIK, the previous version floating around the net was 92.8, and that was not available to the Dinc through the market -- you would have downloaded it and installed it manually.
