WOW! Burned thru a 2600mAh battery!

New record for me..... less than 11 hours and my 2600 battery was dead! I did ALOT of surfing and video playing.... no wifi, all 3G. Yet this weekend I used the heck out of the 2600 and got over 48 hours of use, though 90% of that use was with phone on wifi.

Seems 3G is a battery killer! LOL

Sorry but I did not look to see. I did a lot of audio n video streaming. I was trying to find a way to stream the Monday Night Football audio, or video.... never did find anything that worked....

Try TuneIn Radio from the market. No video, but I listened to the Sunday night game with no problem over 3G.

Umm yeah, 3G uses a lot more power than WiFi.

I have a nice collection of Live wallpapers that I use when I want to kill a battery. Seems like they will cut my battery life in half.

I am still amazed the battery went that quick. It is funny though, even with my oem 1300 and HTC 1500 batteries, some days they seems to last and last, others they go quick! My daily routine is almost always nearly the same.

i purchased the HTC extended 2150mAh battery from right here androidcentral store and im super pleased with it. i unplugged the phone from the charger at 1130am and it's now 9pm and the battery is at 50%.
i've watched youtube videos, used dolphin HD and DL'd questionable content :x 300MB worth.... and browsed all my favorite sites.

overall im very pleased
