Froyo update AFTER clockwork?

I have a used Incredible that I haven't done anything to since I got it. I didn't know it was already rooted when I was getting it (didn't know what that even meant at that time). This is how I purchased it. There seem to be good instructions to upgrade from a factory device to FROYO (or just let it happen over the air), but what about the state mine is in now? Here's what I got:

You should be able to manually update just fine with an update.zip file.
