Replacing Lcd(amoled)screen

I cracked my LCD screen and now my phone looks like a broken calculator. Was wondering if anyone has gone through the process of replacing the screen themselves and had any tips or what not. I found a site (www.repairuniverse.com) that sells the screen for 80$, which is much cheaper then the 150$ the guy at verizon said he could do it for me for. So if you know a better place to the part or what not let me know pls . Useing my wifes old envy2 in the mean time.

You could try ebay. Do you have insurance on it? If you do call them

No I didn't opt for insurance this time I have been watching a lot of how to videos on replacing it and am actually looking forward to taking it apart. I just wanna make sure I don't get a low end lcd or over spend on it.
