I broke my screen and got a new phone thru insurance. A new not refurb. As soon as i got it the signal would drop in out and on top of that the ota wouldnt install. so after hour on the phone and numerous rediculous request from verizon they said they would send me a refurb. Hell no I'm not trading a new/unused for a refurb, so Itold them hold on and hung up. Pulled up odin and pushed the DI01 package and viola... all works. What a joke
