NEW OTA while rooted?

I am currently rooted and i see there are new updates available OTA. can I take these or do I have to go back to factory settings?

I flashed to DL09 late night, then about an hour later the OTA message started poppin up after i re-rooted, and brought everything back up. My question is, should i flash back to stock to get the update OTA from Verizon or is it really exactly the same and it's not worth it?

IMHO if you're rooted then you have already made a philosophical choice, which means you don't need OTA's anymore.

the current OTA is a MR (maintenance release) for DL09, which you already have.

but then what's really cool about Android and this community is you can hop back and forth between rooted/custom ROMs/kernels and stock/OTAs to your heart's content just for the sheer fun of it, if that floats your boat.
