Hi, Can anyone tell me how come my phone is in this droid manual mode? All I did was turn it on and there was a screen with blue writing and now I'm somehow on a screen with a white triangle with a yello exclamation point in it and the little droid guy below it. Any clues how to get my phone to work like normal? Help would be appreciated!

Without much detail (what are you running on your phone? what were you doing just prior?), I'd say you got into revcovery when you were turning on your phone. If you press your home or menu key it should take you back to the screen with blue writing. Move your volume up or down to highlight the "reboot phone now" and then press menu key. If that doesn't work, pull battery and then try to boot your phone......should be fine.

Yup that happened to me once at random after a force close reboot. Pulled the battery and it hasn't happened since.

help! I dropped my phone in the pool a few weeks ago and now the soft keys won't work, but that's not the issue. now my phone is in manual mode and without the home button working (it still lights up and is acting like it will work but does nothing) I can't even turn my phone on! what do I do?

The power button also works yo make selections in recovery mode. Not that you won't be running into more functionality issues once you get the phone to boot without working soft keys...
