So I learned a lesson tonight about CWM.
After downloading the new version of Go Launcher and a 3D driver app, my phone went into the force close/freeze up hell. So I went back and flashed Com Rom 1.3 to fix it. Once I was done with that, I went back into CWM to flash the short lights tweak, and made a big boo-boo.
Not paying attention (reading the forums while doing it) I breazed through the menu and hit "Yes, this cannot be undone" to whipe cache partition in preparation to installing the lights tweak.
Only it wasn't cache......................it was full data wipe
and I had not done a recent Nandroid backup.
Lesson learned, always keep Nandroid and Titanium Backup current. Thankfully I had Titanium Backup current, so I am in the process of recovering contacts and apps. :-[
