Problem updating gingerbread ota

I'm having problems. My fascinate will not update the ota gingerbread. I download and try.,but it stops a 1/4 the way through the update then continues to boot up to stock froyo. Anyone have a solution?

Be thankful. Mine updated overnight and now the phone is useless.

I tried 3 times to update yesterday. I got the "not enough memory" popup. I shut the phone off for the night, when it booted up this morning, it wanted to load the software. I hit OK. After about 10 minutes, GB 2.3.5 was installed. Seems to work great. I had to resign up for some apps, but not reinstall any.

I'm having trouble, too.

I have bad cell reception in my house and at the office, but I still tried both locations multiple times.
At first, it downloaded once, then rebooted and stopped around 25% with the IP Failed Previous message (or similar).
I also got a few out of memory errors, so I moved tons of apps to SD card.
Now I still get the failure while it tries to apply the update.

Any ideas on how I can fix this without having to factory reset?

I now have over 600MB free of application memory according to App 2 SD...
