I'm in the same boat. Can't seem to get an answer to this, either.
Aren't there posts more up-to-date than April 7 on this topic? You know, that has instructions for use with Gingerbread (v2.3.5) instead of Froyo (v2.2), SuperClean instead of CWM, and compatible with Mac OS X ?

Thanks for any help!
I don't know if these methods still work, but I do know that SuperClean and CWM are two entirely different things. SuperClean is a rom. CWM is the recovery utility used to flash these roms.
That just shows how little I know about the terminology & rooting, etc. Still not clear as to the differences between SuperClean vs. CWM vs. Odin, and so on.
