Gmail and Calendar sync issue

For the past few weeks my gmail and calendar have stopped syncing. I go in to the applications, clear the data cache, reopen the apps and it will relink. After a day or so, it stops syncing again.

Anyone out there having similar issues or have any suggestions on a permanent fix to this?

I have the same issues with gmail. I have 2 accounts and 1(happens to be the 1 I could care less about) seems to sync and give me notifications, while the 1st account I have to manuall sync/clear cache ect...

Mine used to work fine, but a few weeks ago it stopped working. It drives me crazy. Tried downloading different apps but I continue to have the same issues.
