    Upgraded my wifes line on 9/10. Went in today and asked them if they would match the free deal. He did it without a question. Just got 214 dollars back!!!

    Can you give me more details? I went into two different stores today to try and they rejected me saying no price match on this deal. Did you go to the customer service desk or cell phone area.

    It was free phone friday at BB. Today was the fascinate. They will do other carriers very friday in Oct.

    I got there when they opened. I asked the Best Buy Mobile employee what he thought the best option would be, Price Match or Return and re-purchase. He took my receipt, went to the customer service area and came back in 5 minutes. He refunded all but $.01, he said that was the easiest way to do it. There wasnt much to it. I'm pretty happy, I was about to get another one since they had about 30 of them but i cant part with my Incredible. Although I do love that 4 inch screen!

    Nice work! I got my dad one, played around with it. Was told there was only one per account, so I just got him one. Called up best buy and asked, they said as long as the account is eligible I should be able to get one. So I did
